Summary
Beethoven offers to sell the publisher Simrock six works: opp. 60, 61, 62 as well as op. 59, op. 58 and op. 61 in the version for piano. Beethoven wants to publish these works simultaneously with three publishers in three different countries, and has Simrock in mind for France (Simrock had an office in Paris). He describes his plan of action and lists possible publication dates. He asks for 1,200 florins Augsburg Courant as payment (compare NE 161, BGA 277, a similar letter to Pleyel).
