Summary
Beethoven asks his friend Zmeskall for advice concerning his servants. He wants to fire his present servant and to hire a new one. He mainly asks Zmeskall for details concerning the employment of the new person: the certificate issued by the police confirming no criminal record, the market rates for wages, training and family status.
